Job summary

The Member Company in Nijmegen is seeking a dedicated planner who ensures that each project is technically, organizationally, and financially solid from day one. You focus on work preparation, calculating budgets, and preparing quotations based on drawings and client requirements, with close collaboration from the very start.

You determine materials and subcontractors, create work plans and schedules, and handle price inquiries and deliveries, while ensuring permits are in place to begin.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan projects and manage workflow.
• Strong budgeting and estimating skills.
• Experience coordinating procurement and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations, budgets and quotations based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Determine necessary materials, resources, and subcontractors.
• Create work plans and schedules and gather all required drawings, calculations, and documents.
• Handle price inquiries, orders and deliveries, and arrange with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Ensure permits and prerequisites are in place to start the project.
• Hand over the well-prepared project to the supervisor.
• Process changes during execution and regularly visit the site.
