Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a Product Owner to own and connect the Odoo ecosystem across Buying, Fulfilment and Finance. You translate business needs into precise technical specs, safeguard cross-team workflows, and scale ERP as our omnichannel operation grows.

You will drive backlog prioritization, end-to-end process ownership, and data flow across 3PLs, e-commerce, POS, middleware, and return software, while coordinating testing and user adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in Product Owner, Systems Specialist, or Business Systems Analyst roles in complex ops/ERP envs.
• Proven track record as PO/Systems Specialist/Business Analyst in ERP, supply chain, or ops tech.
• Strong systems and chain thinking, linking ops changes to finance and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs across Buying & Planning, Operations & Fulfilment, and Finance into actionable specs.
• Maintain prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.
• Own end-to-end process flows to prevent cross-module regressions.
• Protect dependencies across teams and ensure seamless data flow with ERP integrations.
• Coordinate testing, sign-off before production, and drive end-user adoption.
• Maintain a forward-looking Odoo roadmap including 2-year migration cycles.
