Enshore, part of BlueGem, invites you to join its Business & IT lateral entry track to become an ERP consultant. If you have 2+ years of work experience and an HBO/WO degree, you will learn to manage ERP systems, advise on setup of business applications, and develop new functions, including automating reports and linking systems.

The program offers flexible hours, a home office budget, and the opportunity to grow through increasingly complex projects alongside experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience and ready for a new challenge.
• HBO or WO degree is required.
• Interest and affinity for IT.
• Motivated to change career and develop into an expert.
• Professional work ethic.
• Enjoy working with colleagues and customers and taking responsibility.
• Enjoy coming up with solutions to complex issues.
• Analytical and able to switch gears.
• Good professionalism in English and Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage and optimize ERP systems for clients.
• Advise on the setup of business applications and optimize functionalities.
• Support clients by solving incidents and developing new functions (e.g., automating reports, linking systems).
• Participate in projects and collaborate with experienced colleagues.
