Hobson Prior is seeking an Equipment and Systems Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative team for a 6-month consultancy role. This position focuses on managing the lifecycle of specialized equipment across multiple manufacturing facilities in Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the deployment and qualification of instruments critical to advanced therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and deployment of new instruments within the manufacturing network.
• Coordinate the qualification, maintenance, and audit processes for equipment.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and manage user access for equipment systems.
• Review and evaluate technical documents provided by vendors.
• Draft and maintain equipment-related documentation, including requirements, qualifications, and procedures.
• Address deviations, implement changes, and manage corrective actions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Understanding of equipment lifecycle management in a regulated (cGMP) environment.
• Familiarity with computer system validations is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards for advanced therapies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
