Zusammenfassung

Robin is seeking an EPT/Order Picker in the Netherlands to pick orders using an EPT with long forks, label pallets, and prepare complex orders. You will operate a scanner, process lists, and maintain clean, organized packing areas in a two-shift rotating schedule.

Experience with EPT for at least 1 year is required; the role includes overtime premiums and a comfortable environment around 11–12°C. English at level A2 is needed to communicate with the team.

The client is a large logistics company, which ensures that fresh fruit and vegetables are packed, prepared, and delivered on time to supermarkets across Europe.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

As an EPT/Order Picker, you ensure that all orders are picked and placed in the correct location using an EPT with long forks. Key duties include:

• Picking orders using an EPT with long forks (requiring at least 1 year of EPT experience), a packing slip, and a scanner.
• Preparing complex orders and processing picking lists administratively using scanners.
• Labeling pallets and applying specific stickers.
• Stacking and unstacking goods.
• Performing cleaning tasks in the warehouse during quieter periods.

You will be working in a two-shift rotating system, switching every week: Shift1: 08:00–17:00 (Note: When assigned to this shift, you work6daysaweek, including Saturday). Shift2: 12:00/14:00–21:00/23:00 (depending on how busy operations are). Working temperature is around11°Cto12°C; extra clothing is provided by the client where necessary. The company holds an introductory session on Monday, and if everything is in order, you can start work from Tuesday.

Overtime Bonuses and Allowances

In addition to the gross base hourly rate, employees can receive the following overtime bonuses and allowances:

• Overtime: 135%
• Working hours after 19:00: 125%

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating an EPT, with general background in a logistics, warehouse, or production environment.

Personal Attributes: Physically fit, comfortable working with scanners, able to work independently as well as in a team, and safety-conscious with a strong eye for order and cleanliness.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible shift schedules as required by plant operations.
