Job summary

Catch Resource Management is recruiting an EPM Planning Consultant to implement planning software (Anaplan, Board, Pigment) for leading Dutch organisations. You will advise on design of financial planning and budgeting processes and translate business requirements into robust planning tools.

You will develop in-house solutions, stay updated on tool developments, and contribute to delivering high‑impact projects in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Completed education at HBO or WO level in a financial, technical or business discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with a planning solution such as Anaplan, Board or Pigment.
• Broad knowledge of financial processes, a specialist in Planning and Budgeting.
• A natural networker who enjoys sharing knowledge with others.
• Based in the Netherlands, with a good command of Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure planning software solutions (Anaplan, Board, Pigment) for leading Dutch organisations.
• Advise clients on the optimal design of their financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Translate business requirements into effective, well-built planning tools.
• Develop in house solutions and help bring them to market.
• Track ongoing developments in the Anaplan, Board and Pigment platforms and apply new functionality to client projects.
• Deliver challenging, high impact projects for prominent clients.
• Contribute to building and growing the team in an entrepreneurial, self-directed environment.

As a Planning Consultant you'll support some of the Netherlands' most prominent companies by implementing software solutions that power their planning processes. You'll advise clients on the optimal design of these processes and deliver the tools needed to bring them to life, with full freedom to develop in-house solutions and take them to market.

You'll join a team focused on three leading planning platforms Anaplan, Board and Pigment whilst staying close to the latest developments in these tools and applying new functionality across a portfolio of exciting client projects.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Completed education at HBO or WO level in a financial, technical or business discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant hands‑on experience with a planning solution such as Anaplan, Board or Pigment
• Broad knowledge of financial processes, a specialist in Planning and Budgeting
• A natural networker who enjoys sharing knowledge with others
• Based in the Netherlands, with a good command of Dutch preferred
• Goal and customer oriented, without losing sight of process
• A hands‑on, commercially alert mindset with a true entrepreneurial spirit
