Job summary

Nordic Europe is seeking an experienced Epic consultant to support our international client base as they implement, improve, and maintain their Epic software systems. You will work primarily with clients, and also collaborate with other team members on internal projects.

Required: Epic certification, 3+ years’ Epic experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. English fluency is essential; travel up to 50% across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Certification in at least one Epic software suite required; multiple Epic certifications preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications; work with Epic clients outside the USA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people across healthcare settings.
• Flexible mentality and ability to adapt to different environments and global healthcare processes, requirements, and regulations.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international trips.

Responsibilities

• Provide client work and project advice to client teams and leadership.
• Identify risks or issues and communicate their importance to stakeholders.
• Present technical concepts in a concise way to client users and teams, including workflow demonstrations.
• Manage timelines and competing priorities to ensure project success.
• Analyse and document workflows, technical documentation, training, and other resources.
• Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current clients globally.
• Solve business issues and problems; demonstrate understanding of operational environments.
• Demonstrate credibility and influence at mid to senior levels; collaborate with client services and talent teams.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation for broader Tasman team; onboard new members.
