Job summary

Nivoda in Oude Meer, North Holland, is seeking a Junior Quality Control Associate to oversee melee quality control and ensure product excellence. This entry level role requires no prior experience and offers hands-on training within a busy jewelry marketplace.

You'll work with ops teams, suppliers, and internal departments to implement QC processes, manage shipments, and contribute to customer satisfaction while learning from experienced gemmologists.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no experience required.
• Interest in luxury goods (diamonds, gemstones, jewellery) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• QC Processing: Create accurate order forms based on melee stock.
• Quality Audits: Assist audits to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to reduce QC rejections and monitor stock levels.
• Shipments: Assist with inventory management and logistics of shipping orders
