ROSEN Europe BV in Oldenzaal is looking for two analytical and ambitious Data Analysts with 0–3 years of experience.

In this broad data-driven role you will conduct analyses, build dashboards with Power BI, merge data from multiple systems and translate insights into improvements.

Fluency in Dutch and EU work eligibility are required; the team offers growth, international projects, and long-term career opportunities within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Business IT, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills and abstract thinking.
• Dutch language fluency and EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses and develop dashboards and reports (Power BI and similar tools).
• Combine, structure, and analyze data from different systems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and deviations and translate these into actionable insights.
• Improve data quality, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support teams and management with clear analyses and practical insights.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and ways of working, including automation.
• Write and optimize policies and documentation, supported by AI tools such as Copilot.
• Contribute to various data and business intelligence projects within the organization.
