Start People in the Netherlands is seeking a technically skilled industrial painter who prepares and treats metal surfaces to ensure high-quality protection for finished products. You will blast, spray, and apply thermal spraying while upholding strict quality checks.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, operating blasting lines with grit or corundum, applying schooering techniques, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth production in a 2-shift system. Eye for detail essential.

Qualifications

• MBO level 2 diploma in a technical field.
• Experience with metal preservation and grit or corundum blasting.
• Experience with industrial painting or spray-painting work.
• Knowledge of thermal spraying (schoopering) is a plus.
• Experience operating an overhead crane is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
