Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een praktische EIM Test Technician die hands-on werkt en tegelijkertijd begrijpt hoe een technisch systeem functioneert. U zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor testen en controleren van high-end modules voordat ze naar de klant gaan.

Taken omvatten het aansluiten op testapparatuur, functionele tests en het interpreteren van tekeningen en testprocedures. Een MBO-opleiding in een technisch vak is vereist en Engels is nodig voor communicatie.

Qualifications

• Een technische MBO-opleiding op niveau vereist (bijv. Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouw).
• Kennis van werktuigbouwkundige en/of elektrotechnische systemen.
• Het vermogen om technische tekeningen en basis schema's te lezen.
• Ervaring met assemblage, testen of onderhoud van technische systemen is een pré.
• Sterk technisch begrip en interesse in het analyseren van afwijkingen.
• Precieze en gestructureerde werkhouding.
• Fulltime beschikbaar en bereid in een 2-shift systeem te werken.
• Goede beheersing van het Engels.

Responsibilities

• Testen en kwalificeren van EIM-modules met geavanceerde testapparatuur.
• Koppelen van modules aan testopstellingen en controleren van verbindingen.
• Uitvoeren van functionele tests op mechanische, pneumatische en elektrische onderdelen.
• Lezen en interpreteren van tekeningen, werkinstructies en testprocedures.
• Bedienen van geautomatiseerde testprogramma's en evalueren van testresultaten.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en technische gebreken.
• Doen van kleine technische correcties of aanpassingen waar nodig.
• Registreren en verwerken van test- en meetresultaten.

Wat je gaat doen

As an EIM Test Technician, you will work on high-quality technical modules used in the high-tech industry. You are responsible for testing and checking these modules before they are delivered to the customer. You will connect the module to dedicated test equipment, perform various functional tests and verify that all mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components operate correctly.

Your responsibilities

• Testing and qualifying EIM modules using advanced test equipment;
• Connecting modules to test setups and checking all connections;
• Performing functional tests on mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components;
• Checking valves, sensors, actuators, pressure and gas flow;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, work instructions and test procedures;
• Operating automated test programs and evaluating test results;
• Identifying and analysing deviations and technical faults;
• Performing minor technical corrections or adjustments where required;
• Recording and processing test and measurement results.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,950 and €4,150, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position working in a 2-shift system:
  • 06:00 - 14:30;
  • 14:30 - 23:00;

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a practically minded technician who enjoys working hands‑on while also wanting to understand how a technical system works. You do not need previous EIM experience: technical understanding and a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering are more important.

• A completed technical MBO-level education, for example in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar field;
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, assembly and/or electrical engineering;
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic electrical or pneumatic schematics;
• Experience assembling, connecting, testing or maintaining technical systems is an advantage;
• Strong technical understanding and an interest in analysing faults and deviations;
• A precise and structured way of working;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• Good command of English;
