Job summary

4PS is seeking an Engineering Manager DevOps to lead a high-performing DevOps organization in the Netherlands. You will steer platform engineering, automation, and reliability across our software delivery lifecycle, working with Product, Development, Support, and Technology teams to accelerate delivery speed and quality.

You will shape the DevOps strategy, foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning, coach staff, and drive operational excellence with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure teams.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud environments, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, observability platforms, and security tooling.
• Solid understanding of Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the DevOps team, supporting individual growth and team performance.
• Define and execute the DevOps roadmap aligned with Product Technology objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Ensure operational reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident management across 4PS platforms.
• Promote security, quality, compliance, and engineering best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Technology teams to improve delivery speed, service quality, and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and DevOps maturity metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, automation, and continuous learning.
