Job summary

Return invites motivated students to join its Talent Pool in Amsterdam for hands-on experience in the energy sector. You will work closely on projects that drive Return's growth, including market analyses, stakeholder coordination, and strategic initiatives, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires 24 hours per week with in-office presence on designated days, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master).
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Availability for 24 hours per week with in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support business development or project planning.
• Organize external stakeholder events and other commercial events.
• Prepare for and attend international industry events with the team.
• Develop and refine presentations, proposals, and strategic documents.
• Support the commercial team with junior analyst tasks such as market screening and financial input.
• Assist Marketing & Comms with content, campaigns and external communication.
