Job summary

Mileway invites a motivated Sustainability and Energy Intern to Amsterdam for a 6‑month, paid internship starting mid‑January 2027. You’ll support the adoption and optimisation of our central energy data platform and help broaden energy data coverage across our European portfolio.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in energy, sustainability or real estate.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Fluent in English and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Confident with PowerPoint and Excel and able to process large datasets.
• Curious about data, energy, real estate and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption and optimization of the central energy data platform across countries.
• Monitor energy data collection from meters, invoices and asset characteristics.
• Prepare internal reports and presentations on energy data and sustainability topics.
• Assist ESG initiatives and Mileway Acts community engagement.
• Coordinate with property managers, asset managers and external stakeholders.
• Support reviews of technical reports and portfolio-level indicators.
