Job summary

JD Group is seeking a Store Colleague for our Amsterdam Nieuwendijk store. This part-time role (16 hours) focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking and merchandising, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, check stock with in-store devices, keep displays sharp, and assist with till work while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, helping them find products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor and stock room clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays stay on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, stock room, and following safety guidelines.
