Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering fields.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Willingness to travel in the Netherlands with driving license.
- Basic LAN configuration understanding and IT collaboration.
- Interest in AI and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the Endoscopy field team with technical activities in hospitals and clinical environments
- Assist with system use and implementation with healthcare professionals
- Assist with clinical software setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Work with hospital IT teams on connectivity, LAN setup, and related requirements
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, actions taken, and follow-up steps
- Build hands-on experience in customer communication and field support in a regulated healthcare environment
