Job summary

Neways Cable & Wire Solutions Echt is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate the complete order fulfilment process, from entry to on-time delivery, in collaboration with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics.

You will manage forecasts, material availability, and capacity, while proactively addressing risks and keeping customer commitments. Open to graduates or experienced planners, the role offers development within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Technical Business Administration).
• Experience in supply chain planning or production planning preferred but not required for all levels.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders; English required; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for customer orders from entry through on-time delivery.
• Analyze demand and forecasts and translate into realistic production plans.
• Work closely with Operational Buyers to ensure material availability and monitor deliveries.
• Identify risks related to capacity, materials, and delivery performance and take proactive action.
• Release, plan, and monitor production orders within the ERP system.
• Coordinate daily with Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other stakeholders.
• Manage delivery commitments and resolve planning or delivery challenges.
• Analyze supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize master data, planning parameters, and forecast information.
