  • Provide advice to implement global concepts and vision in a locally compliant manner

  • Support on global projects where necessary, with a particular focus on gig economy risks and issues

  • Monitor and analyze legislative proposals at national and EU levels, providing support for the effective implementation of new laws and regulations

  • Identify opportunities to standardise existing workstreams, improve template documents and policies and create playbooks to empower stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders including the DPO, communications, logistics and technology teams to ensure compliance and alignment with our delivery employment model.

What will you bring to the table?
  • Masters in Dutch law with proven experience practicing in employment law

  • In-house experience would be a plus but is not essential

  • Fluent in English and Dutch - other languages are a plus.

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset, ready to support international projects and local employment law advice

  • Ability to work independently with limited support, willing to take ownership and accountability for your areas of advice and responsibility

  • A team player, willing to support office initiatives to improve collaboration and the in office experience.
