10x Team is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law. This remote, EU/UK freelance role requires 8–20 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling for busy professionals.
You will assess legal accuracy, develop realistic employment law scenarios, and draft variations representing lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators to improve AI training data.
Qualifications
- Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial experience in EU/UK employment law.
- Residency in the UK or EU is required.
- Available 8–20 hours weekly and able to respond promptly.
- Experience critiquing contracts, regulatory frameworks and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law concepts, case studies, compliance scenarios, and best practices.
- Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with current employment law standards.
- Develop realistic employment law scenarios using professional expertise.
- Draft scenario variations representing perspectives of lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators.
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material.
- Apply legal background to ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis and decision-making processes.
