Job summary

Specialized Bicycle Components is seeking a Logistics & Analytics Specialist to drive continuous improvement across EMEA logistics. You will partner with Sales, Planning, IT, and 3PLs to implement data‑driven efficiency initiatives and develop KPI dashboards.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or analytics, strong Excel and visualization skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle. A hybrid work model with a mix of office and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into operational improvements.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; Power BI or similar tools are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar.
• Experience in warehouse operations, transportation, or inventory management is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA logistics operations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, IT, and third-party logistics providers to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities, including action tracking, risk management, process documentation, testing, and implementation support.
• Develop project plans, process maps, operational procedures, and implementation documentation.
• Analyse end-to-end logistics processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and practical operational improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into logistics performance.
• Prepare clear project updates, presentations, and materials for stakeholder teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project deliverables and ensure successful implementation of logistics initiatives.
• Drive specified user acceptance testing (UAT), operational readiness activities, and post-implementation reviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the EMEA logistics organisation.

What You Need To Win

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, business analytics, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse processes, identify root causes, and translate findings into practical operational improvements.
• Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or visualisations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or similar enterprise applications.
• Experience in warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, customer fulfilment, or supply chain processes is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies is a plus.
• Being a team player, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Good communication skills.
• Having a heart for the cycling industry.
