Job summary

Beyond Meat is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the EMEA Finance team, focusing on Accounts Payable and supporting month-end close, reconciliations and GL activities. The role offers exposure to NetSuite and cross-functional processes within an international plant-protein company.

You will collaborate with the EMEA and US Finance teams, develop practical accounting skills, and grow within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships/work-study valued).
• Basic understanding of debits/credits, GL, balance sheet and income statement.
• Willingness to learn hands-on in an international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Good communication and collaboration in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, coding to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Review invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies with Procurement and Ops.
• Prepare and process vendor payment batches per approval procedures.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with reconciliations between AP subledger and general ledger.
• Support audit requests and maintain AP documentation and controls.
• Gain exposure to NetSuite and broader accounting activities over time.
