Nedap in Groenlo, the Netherlands, is seeking a Hardware Integration Engineer for 32–38 hours per week in a hybrid role. You will connect handhelds and readers to mobile apps, troubleshoot Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi connections, and ensure reliable integration across devices.

You’ll work with the app and hardware teams to expand in-house integration capabilities. Ideal candidates have an HBO-level degree and ~5 years in embedded systems, with strong Dutch and English communication.

Formación

• A relevant HBO-level technical degree and around five years of experience with embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with device connections, especially Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to discuss technical findings in Dutch and English with suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Connect handhelds and readers to mobile apps via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB and ensure reliable operation.
• Reproduce issues and investigate app, SDK, OS, connection, firmware, and hardware to identify root causes.
• Make checks repeatable so integrations work across devices and software versions.
• Translate technical findings into clear feedback and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Document learnings and help the team develop and test more integrations in-house.
