Brunswick, a global marine leader, offers internships in Product Development & Engineering to work on next-generation energy, charging, battery, and power electronics projects. You will collaborate with engineers to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges in firmware development for embedded processors.

The internship is educational, with mentorship, defined learning objectives, and potential thesis requirements.

Qualifications

• Students currently pursuing a HAVO / Bachelor’s or Master degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering (ICT) or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with source control system (Git) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Innovative project with cutting edge technology.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve product performance and reliability.
• Document designs, specifications, and test results.
• Write, test and refactor code in languages such as C/C++, or Python for embedded processors.
