  • Familiarity with IEC 61010-1, IEC 60204-1, ISO 12100 and the Low Voltage Directive.
  • Translate requirements and risk assessments into practical electrical safety solutions.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical and compliance documentation.
  • Strong English communication and cross-disciplinary teamwork.

Job description

What are you going to do:

Start as an Electrical Safety Engineer - Test Systems in Eindhoven! In this role, you will design and improve the electrical safety of Prodrive Technologies' production and test systems. You will develop circuits that safely disable hazardous voltages when a Device Under Test is connected, disconnected or accessed, and turn safety standards and risk assessments into practical designs.

You will work closely with software and mechanical engineers in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Your work will cover grounding, protective earth and electrical protection, as well as reviewing existing systems for safety, reliability and maintainability. This role calls for a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field, plus at least two years of relevant experience.

Your responsibilities:
