Job summary

BauWatch Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, validate and enhance electrical systems for our security solutions. You will collaborate with Product Management, Service, Procurement and external partners to deliver reliable, future-proof products.

You will design schematics, test and validate systems, coordinate CE certifications, support manufacturing, and analyze data to drive continuous improvements in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical system design and schematics.
• Familiarity with CE regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience with testing, validation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with suppliers or external partners is a plus.
• Experience in technical product development or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing electrical schematics and systems.
• Testing, validating, and optimizing new and existing solutions.
• Coordinating CE certification and compliance activities.
• Supporting manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performing root cause analyses.
