Qualifications

• You’re studying Health and Safety or related engineering fields and can apply concepts to a real manufacturing site.
• Strong interest in safety, industry and manufacturing environments.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to identify improvements and ask questions.
• Ability to communicate safety information clearly in English; Dutch B1+ is required.

Responsibilities

• Support RI&Es, TRAs, and risk assessments for contractors and maintenance work.
• Join safety walks and inspections across the factory.
• Assist incident investigations and identify preventive actions.
• Contribute to safety improvements on the shop floor and update records.
• Support safety training and toolbox talks.
