Job summary

Talland College is seeking an educational development adviser to join the design team of the TIM programme in Alkmaar. You will guide educational teams on curriculum development, create practical resources, and help translate ambitions into concrete actions.

You will move between mentoring, developing and sharing knowledge, with opportunities to lead projects, collaborate across the organisation, and contribute to flexible, future-oriented education for mbo students.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Educational Sciences or comparable field.
• Experience in educational development and change processes, preferably mbo.
• Ability to grasp complex processes and distinguish main issues.
• Skilled at guiding teams and presenting to groups.
• Proactive, pragmatic and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Guide and advise educational teams on curriculum development and increasing flexibility.
• Develop usable resources and tools for educational teams.
• Share knowledge through meetings and our digital environment.
• Connect educational expertise to themes like curriculum design and assessment.
• Lead or coach projects within the TIM programme.
