Job summary

Plumerai in Amsterdam (and London) is hiring a Deep Learning Research Engineer to develop state-of-the-art AI products for embedded devices. You will improve training algorithms, multimodal LLMs, data pipelines, model architectures, and deploy to millions of cameras.

You will work with Tiny AI, edge deployments, Kubernetes for training jobs, and GPUs on GCP. Applicants based in or willing to relocate to London or Amsterdam, with flexible hours and two fixed days in offices per week.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering experience with Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with computer vision and multimodal LLMs.
• Production deployment of trained models.

Responsibilities

• Develop state-of-the-art AI products for embedded devices.
• Improve training algorithms and multimodal LLMs; build data pipelines and model architectures.
• Deploy training jobs on Kubernetes; manage datasets with Snowflake/Dataflow; prototype demos with Streamlit.
