STICHD is seeking a Creative Digital Designer for Ecommerce & Social based in Den Bosch, NL. You will craft banners, landing pages, emails, and social content, turning briefs into brand-aligned visuals that drive online sales and strengthen customer experience.

The role combines static and motion design across multiple brands, with a focus on mobile-first, performance-driven creatives. You’ll collaborate with a global team, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to innovative campaigns for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design or related field.
• Experience creating digital content for ecommerce, sports, lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce, digital marketing and social media projects.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations and video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices across major channels.
• Pixel-perfect design and strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design banners and assets for ecommerce campaigns and product launches.
• Create assets for homepage banners, category pages, emails, and social content.
• Develop motion graphics, animations and short-form videos for campaigns.
• Translate briefs into engaging visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
• Design and optimize landing pages to improve conversions.
• Create reusable templates and scalable design assets.
• Ensure mobile-first optimization and accessibility.
• Support A/B testing with alternative creative concepts.
• Stay updated on design and ecommerce trends to boost performance.
