Job summary

Viking Nederland is offering an internship in eCommerce for the Benelux region. You will join the Web Merchandising & Commercial team to enhance the local webshop, improve product presentation, and support promotional planning.

You’ll work with Merchandising, Marketing, BI, and Creative teams to understand how commercial decisions shape the online journey. The role provides hands-on experience in a large European eCommerce operation and a chance to develop practical skills in content creation,

Qualifications

• 3rd year Bachelor student in Marketing, International Business/Communication or related field.
• Proactive and creative with ability to present new ideas.
• Confident in approaching and collaborating with others.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Dutch or French a plus.
• Available full-time from Feb 2027 for 5–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization of product pages and category pages to drive conversion.
• Create and publish promotional content (banners, campaigns, landing pages).
• Analyze website performance and customer behaviour using tools like Google Analytics.
• Explore SEO opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Prepare performance reports and advise the team based on data insights.
• Support projects to improve customer journey and online campaigns.
• Gain a behind-the-scenes view of a large EU eCommerce platform.
