Build in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead complex e-commerce projects where commerce, design, and technology converge. You will act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams, managing scope, planning, and budgets with an emphasis on quality and collaboration.

Based in Amsterdam, you will guide projects end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and team morale.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of digital project management experience in e-commerce or related digital disciplines.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1+).
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines and budgets across cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects end-to-end from concept to launch with clear scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Align briefs with practical steps and milestones with design and development teams.
• Develop and manage budgets, proposals, schedules and resource allocation within agreed limits.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and 100% on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze outcomes and propose improvement plans.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose at least two enhancements quarterly.
