Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an E&I Superintendent with a strong electrical focus to lead the construction of electrical, instrumentation, and automation scopes for a major green hydrogen project in the Netherlands. The role requires oversight of safety, deadlines, and personnel within the field.

You will manage the electrical/instrumentation scope, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality progress on site, while leveraging HV (HTA/HTB) experience where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial project construction in France or abroad.
• HTA (High Voltage) and HTB (Very High Voltage) equipment experience is a plus.
• Mastery of risk identification methods (HAZID, HAZOP).
• Knowledge of electrical risk prevention (C18-510).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the electrical and/or instrumentation scope.
• Validation of estimates, cost estimates.
• Monitoring the progress of subcontractors.
• Coordination of activities.
• Quality control and progress of work.
• Assist subcontractors in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Responsible for the success of the construction site until acceptance, deadline management, and personnel management within your field.
