E&I Completions Lead: Loop Folders & Handover

Job summary

Nouvall Engineering Services BV is seeking an E&I Loop Folder Coordinator for a major industrial construction project. You will coordinate E&I completion documentation, loop folders, and turnover records, maintaining the completions database and supporting handover processes.

Reporting to the Site QC Manager, you will work with discipline supervisors, quality teams and vendors to ensure records are complete, indexed and ready for handover, track punch-lists, and provide weekly status

Qualifications

• Solid background in Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.
• Familiarity with completions and turnover management processes.
• Proven experience implementing and managing completions databases within construction projects.
• At least three years of experience with GoCompletions® or equivalent completion management systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering and sorting.
• Experience manipulating, importing and integrating data.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to data quality.
• The ability to coordinate effectively with discipline supervisors, quality teams and system users.

Responsibilities

• Set up, populate and maintain the completions and turnover database.
• Coordinate field inspections with discipline supervisors.
• Ensure inspection and quality records are progressively collected, indexed and available for handover.
• Monitor quality-pack and loop-folder completion, highlighting risks to handover milestones.
• Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate their resolution with the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator.
• Track punch-list items through to closure.
• Review engineering input data and manage discrepancy reports.
• Provide database analysis, technical support and guidance to system users.
• Maintain database integrity when integrating vendor and discipline data.
• Import and export data to support discrepancy and non-compliance reviews.
• Upload and validate completed QC records and punch items in the completions management system.
• Prepare weekly status reports for planning and project management.
• Support the coordination of Mechanical Completion, certification, commissioning and handover activities.
