Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for a full-time position in Amsterdam. This design-led hotel, with 650 rooms and located next to the RAI Convention Centre, offers a vibrant, multicultural work environment.

You will vacuum rooms, change linens, perform deep cleaning, and assist guests while upholding high cleanliness standards. The role includes weekend shifts and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Flexible and able to work weekends and variable shifts.
• Good communication is a plus; non-verbal communication acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities per guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Restock and maintain trolley daily.
• Report missing or damaged items to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure equipment in rooms and work areas is clean and used properly.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
