Job summary

Wena BV in the Helmond area is seeking a Dyehouse Operator to contribute to the dyeing and finishing of fabrics for high-quality interior textiles. After a thorough training, you will be integrated into the core production process to ensure fabrics meet the highest standards.

You will join a hands-on team, bringing accuracy, color perception, and a proactive mindset to daily operations, with a clear path for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an operator or in a production environment.
• LBO+ education level, preferably MBO (intermediate vocational education).

Responsibilities

• Collecting and preparing raw materials and resources
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring dyeing machines
• Measuring, mixing, and adding dyes and chemicals based on formulas
• Monitoring and adjusting the dyeing process where necessary
• Internal transport of raw and treated fabrics
• Performing quality control checks
