  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 (2 rotating days off)
  • Contract: Full-time, stable project

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via social media (chat, comments, email)
  • Manage inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex topics when needed
  • Work according to KPIs and quality guidelines
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with platform rules
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+)
  • Good English (B1+)
  • Experience in Customer Service, Social Media, Digital Support, or Community Management is an advantage
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Available to work rotating schedules
  • EU passport or Portuguese residency
