Package: €23,876 base salary + €3,408 performance bonus

Position Summary

Working from our iconic World Trade Center office in Barcelona, you will act as a strategic Google Ads consultant and digital growth partner for ambitious Dutch enterprises. Your main focus revolves around complete portfolio management—delivering efficient client onboarding, driving higher product adoption, protecting account retention, and mapping out viable expansion avenues to help your clients scale successfully.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Welcome new corporate accounts, collaborating closely with client leadership to align digital ad setups with overall commercial targets.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Engage in consultative discussions with business owners and executives to review campaign returns and pitch additional ad features.
• Campaign Optimization: Design, launch, and continually tweak Google Ads setups, fine-tuning bid strategies, audience parameters, and creative elements.
• Analytics & Reporting: Break down campaign analytics into strategic, plain-language insights that improve ROAS and boost overall campaign yields.
• Pipeline Management: Track client interaction histories, follow-up tasks, and progress milestones inside our corporate CRM platform.
• Regional Feedback: Relay timely market insights regarding Dutch buyer behaviors and commercial expectations back to internal strategy teams.

Applicant Profile

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) as well as fluent in written and spoken business English.
• Background: Professional background managing client accounts, executing B2B sales, or delivering digital strategy advice using standard CRM applications.
• Cultural Context: Sound grasp of the Dutch economic landscape, consumer expectations, and European data privacy laws (GDPR).
• Core Strengths: Outstanding verbal presentation skills, strong analytical fluency with digital marketing data, and technical proficiency with web tools.
