Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support specialist to assist Dutch customers and manage inquiries across multiple channels in a fast-growing travel and hospitality project in Greece.

The role welcomes candidates currently in Greece or those willing to relocate to Athens, with a period of training and ongoing support. You will join an international team, using your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience while working flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency required (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at least B2+.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail or tourism.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude and adaptability.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
