Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional assistance to customers across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal. The role requires Dutch language fluency and English at C1 level, with a 24/7 rotational schedule and on-site work.

Compensation includes €1,100 gross per month paid over 14 salaries, a €4,000 Welcome Bonus (paid in monthly installments), and accommodation support. Applicants must have the right to work in Portugal and be prepared to relocate.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
