Job summary

WW Talents in Athens is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other channels in a multicultural environment.

You will respond to questions, resolve issues and maintain records in CRM, while collaborating with international colleagues. Relocation to Athens may be required.

The role is full-time with 40 hours per week, salary €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, and includes training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with empathetic approach.
• Willing to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dutch support via phone, email and other channels.
• Answer questions, resolve issues and ensure quality experience.
• Maintain records in CRM and internal systems.
