Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop effective PPC campaigns.
• Understand client needs and objectives to enhance ad performance.
• Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
• Engage with a high volume of clients daily through phone consultations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills for phone pitching and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.
• In possession of an EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Spain.
