Job summary

ENPICOM is seeking a Scientific Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of biology, software development, and business strategy to accelerate drug discovery.

You will collaborate with lab scientists, bioinformaticians and developers to translate customer needs into practical solutions, write detailed project proposals, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, PhD or equivalent in Biotechnology, Immunology or Molecular Biology.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-first mindset and cross-disciplinary collaboration experience.
• Knowledge of antibody/drug discovery concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scientific discussions with customers to define solutions.
• Write detailed project proposals with resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage projects from start to finish and adjust resources as needed.
• Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and marketing/sales.
• Translate customer needs into products that scientists love.
