Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV is seeking a Document Controller to join a dynamic project environment in Rotterdam. You will issue and distribute project documentation per the distribution matrix, and ensure all documents are managed in line with procedures.

You will interface with Contractor and Third-Party Document Control Teams, track document status, and support project control tasks using MS Office and DMS systems. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling documentation from multiple contractors and third parties.
• Knowledge of document control systems and processes.
• Proven ability to use and manage workflow processes.
• Professional level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Issue and distribute project documentation per the distribution matrix.
• Ensure all project documents are managed in line with procedures.
• Check, record, and distribute contractor, vendor, and third-party documentation.
• Interface with Contractor and Third-Party Document Control Teams.
• Track and report on project document status and support control tasks.
