Job summary

We are hiring a Head of Research for a leading global HFT firm headquartered in Amsterdam. This role leads three research teams and unites them into a single collaborative group with shared tools and clear priorities.

You won't need trading experience or run a trading book. You will set research direction, hire and develop top talent, and bring deep learning expertise to core research, shaping live trading across global markets.

Qualifications

• World-class deep learning expertise, from a leading AI lab, university or research institute
• Proven experience leading and growing research teams
• A strong publication record or equivalent recognised impact
• Comfort in a direct, demanding and fast-moving environment
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
