About The Team

The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose‑built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.

As the Director of Growth you will report to the Head of Growth for Anduril Mission Systems Division. Your role is cross‑cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute BL growth strategy for Imaging. You will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and building the growth team in the EMEA region and in collaboration with Division and BL leadership the accounts, and mission operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your personal network to lead sales campaigns supporting a diverse set of products
  • Assist customers in meeting their requirements and addressing gaps by facilitating the delivery of new capabilities, products, and technologies that are available or could be developed by this team
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal Anduril stakeholders including business line and division leadership, growth teams, program and engineering teams, and corporate functions to identify and shape new business opportunities, communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to execution teams.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners that are vital to growth strategy and program execution.
  • Deliver on financial performance metrics and build strategic market growth initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the Growth team in business development, account management, and mission operations functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership by crafting long‑term growth and product strategies for the program
Account Management Activities
  • Defines, outlines and documents customer technical. programmatic, operational and deployment requirements
  • Develops and maintains business relationships between new and existing customers
  • Uses Salesforce to update accounts, initial pricing, P.O.C. and expected close dates on leads and projects
  • Works with Sales Engineering team refine customer solutions
  • Performs live and static demonstrations of equipment on‑site or over video teleconferencing
  • Advises customers on emerging technology advancements
  • Coordinates with wider team where relevant to provide customer training and support
  • Works with Business Development team to appropriately channel customer inquiries
  • Maintains and tracks potential revenue opportunities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Business Development Activities
  • Plans, develops and executes business development activities in order to achieve short and long‑term revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identifies key growth areas and develops new business aligned with the company's growth strategy and campaigns.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of business, positioning, market focus and solutions.
  • Develops an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings.
  • Builds, develops, and manages trusted relationships with key agency decision‑makers and executives.
  • Creates and delivers effective client presentations and proposals that address the specific needs of a client.
  • Maintains a business development pipeline of new and potential clients.
  • Works within Salesforce to track all customer activities.
  • Understands company's product solutions capabilities and be able to effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Works with the sales engineering team to refine customer solutions.
  • Aids in identifying contract vehicles, teaming agreements and proposal development.
  • Strong business acumen and a command of the capture management process.
  • Works with CRO to develop pricing strategy.
  • Develops and manages BD annual budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a proven business development leader who has pursued and won complex sales campaigns
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment with strong management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • A builder and an owner: someone who is willing to put in the work across all aspects of the business, effectively prioritize actions, and own the outcomes.
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical sales

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
