Job summary

Hotelschool The Hague is seeking a strategic and inspiring Manager Education & Research Support to lead the Education & Research Support department. You will advise the Board of Directors, drive policy development, and ensure coherence and quality across education, research, accreditation and subsidy management.

In this externally oriented role you will expand strategic partnerships, position Hotelschool The Hague in European networks, manage multi-year plans and budgets, and lead your team.

Qualifications

• Broad theoretical knowledge relevant to higher education and research.
• Strong understanding of organisational, procedural and professional relationships beyond your own department.
• Experience with European programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic policy for education and research.
• Advise the Board and management on developments with organisation-wide impact.
• Monitor national, European and international developments for opportunities and advice.
• Position Hotelschool The Hague in external networks and develop strategic partnerships.
• Initiate and manage subsidy opportunities and external funding for education and research.
• Lead the Education & Research Support department, including its multi-year plan, budget, staffing and professional development of all team members.
• Oversee key institutional processes, quality management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic and multidisciplinary projects and strengthen cross-organisational collaboration.
