Job summary

The Brink Agency is seeking a UX/UI Designer (Mid/Senior) to craft digital interfaces for web, mobile, AR, and VR experiences. You will collaborate with developers and strategists on brand activations, interactive platforms, and AI-assisted design workflows.

You should have a strong eye for motion, a system-driven design approach, and interest in AI-enabled workflows. This is an on-site role at our Amsterdam office with a dynamic, international team and opportunities to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in digital design (UX/UI) across web and product interfaces.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and motion design fundamentals.
• Experience in a digital agency or similar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

UI Designer with a strong eye for motion and interaction

who can think sharp, create effortlessly, and deliver digital quality that is ahead of the curve. You understand design as both a system and a feeling, and know how

motion interface design, transitions and micro-interactions

can make digital experiences feel intuitive, responsive and alive. You’ll collaborate with developers, strategists and other creatives on projects ranging from brand activations and animated interfaces to interactive platforms.

What you’ll do

• This is an on-site position based at our Amsterdam office.

• You enjoy working collaboratively and communicate ideas clearly

What you bring

Must-haves

• Solid experience in digital design (UX/UI, Figma, Adobe, motion and design fundamentals)
• Experience working in a digital agency or similar creative environment
• A proven track record in 2D UI animation and interactive motion, creating dynamic digital experiences that make interfaces more intuitive, engaging and memorable.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, Claude and others
• Fluent in English;

ability to work in Dutch is a strong plus

Nice to have

• Experience in creative pitches or client presentations
• Recognition through awards or a standout portfolio
• Interest in storytelling, branding, and mentoring soft skills
• Experience creating

2D UI animations or interactive motion

• Familiarity with VR/AR User interface design
• Recognition through awards or standout projects
