Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital or product design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, e-commerce, campaigns, or UI).
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile environments.
• Strong attention to detail and typography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in beauty, storytelling, and digital brand building.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital assets for website, email, paid media, and social platforms.
• Create and maintain UI components and layouts for Gisou website and digital experiences.
• Develop campaign landing pages and product storytelling visuals.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to translate concepts into executions.
• Help evolve Gisou’s digital design system and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Prepare design files and prototypes for handoff to managers and retailers.
• Create assets for CRM campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
