Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Netherlands is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Intern for BENELUX (Almere-based) from February 2027, with a start date open for discussion. You will join the Consumer Experience team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment while contributing creative ideas from day one.

The role offers a full internship with branding exposure, collaboration across departments, and potential to combine with thesis writing. A monthly €750 internship allowance applies.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO student with affinity for marketing/sales (digital, product development, communication, activation).
• Dutch language required, and good command of English.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Creative and digitally focused with good project management.

Responsibilities

• Website & SEO/GEO: design and drive website developments for brand campaigns and SEO optimisations.
• Content: coordinate content on multiple platforms and ensure timely updates.
• AI: support internal AI activations.
• Analytics and reporting across campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
