Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Netherlands is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Intern for BENELUX (based in Almere) starting February 2027, with potential to combine with a thesis. You will join the Consumer Experience team and receive full responsibility from day one, gaining experience in a dynamic FMCG market and turning your ideas into practice.

You will work on brand campaigns, coordinate content, and support AI activations, analytics, and cross-team collaboration to grow into a Digital Specialist.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO Bachelor or Master student with affinity with marketing/sales (digital, product development, communication, activation).
• Dutch language is required and a good command of English is expected.
• Enthusiastic and driven, proactive and a strong communicator.
• Creative and digitally focused, good at project management.

Responsibilities

• Website and SEO/GEO: contribute to design and drive website developments for brand campaigns; work on SEO optimisations.
• Coordinate content across multiple platforms and ensure timely updates.
• Assist with internal AI activations and support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Grow experience to become a great Digital Specialist.
